So one of my friends has said it may be a good idea to start painting people's portraits from pictures to get better at doing the face. This is my first attempt. The guy is Kevin McKidd, the actor who plays the centurion Lucius Vorenus in the Rome TV series.
His face is too thing.
His eyes are too big.
I didn't get the color or texture exactly right.
The nose is good.
I did the whole thing on a single layer.
Anyways, critique of anything I didn't miss is welcome.
